Do I need to make an appointment?
During Covid 19, an appointment is required to come into the salon for a service. You can make an appointment easily by calling us on 01633 243240 or you can Book online
Is there parking available?
There is no parking directly outside the salon as we are located on a busy main street, however there is parking around the back on the building a short walk away from the salon or alternatively there is a pay and display car park by Iceland (just up the road from the salon)
Can I pay by Card?
Yes, we accept all major debit and credit card brands. Contectless or Chip and Pin is available as well as Apple Pay.
Will I need a Colour Patch Test?
Yes you will be required to attend the salon before your colour appointment for a skin test to ensure you have no reaction to the products we use.
Will I receive an appointment reminder?
Yes, if you leave your email with us when booking you will receive an email confirmation. If you also leave a contact number with us when booking you will receive an appointment reminder 24hrs before your appointment.
Do you offer free consultations to discuss my options?
Yes all our consultations are FREE! We feel it important to truly understand what you desire from your appointment before it goes ahead, therefore we offer all clients a FREE consultation to come in and go through what you actually would like before making an appointment in the future.
